General Information

• Check-in from 3:00 p.m., check-out by 10:00 a.m., always on Saturdays.
• Pets are not allowed.
• All apartments are non-smoking.

Price Information

Prices are based on an occupancy of 2 guests per apartment. The maximum capacity is 6 guests; each additional person is charged between €25 and €35 per night depending on the season.
The local tourist tax of €3.10 per person per night is not included. Children under 14 are exempt.

• Children up to 3 years stay free of charge.
• Children aged 3 to 10 years are charged an additional €10 to €20 per child per night depending on the season.
• A final cleaning fee of €60 applies (not included in the standard price).
• Accepted payment methods: bank transfer or cash (Euro).
• To simplify your check-in, you may send us your ID documents (photos of identity cards) a few days before arrival, or present them during check-in.
• Please note that an online booking request is not binding until you receive a final booking confirmation from us (usually within a few hours after verifying availability).

Minimum Stay

The minimum stay is 7 nights, with arrival and departure always on Saturdays.

A deposit of 25% of the total amount is required to confirm your booking.

Cancellation Policy

• Free cancellation up to 60 days prior to arrival, deposit refunded
• 60 to 30 days before arrival: deposit retained
• 29 to 8 days before arrival: 70% of the total amount charged
• From 7 days before arrival: 90% of the total amount charged
• In case of late arrival or early departure, the full booked period will be charged

House Rules

• Pets are not allowed
• Non-smoking apartments
• Drone flights are not permitted, to protect wildlife (deer and roe deer) and to respect the privacy of guests and neighbours
• Please leave the apartment in the same clean condition as upon arrival
• Any damages during your stay must be covered by the responsible guest
• And most importantly: enjoy your stay and have a wonderful time!

Key Handover

As we live about one hour away from Ferienhaus Innergraben, it is not always possible for us to welcome you personally. 1–2 days before arrival, you will receive detailed directions and the code for the key safe.
